The 11th PSI Regional Conference for Africa and Arab Countries (AFRECON) and related meetings is taking place from 21st to 27th March 2009, in Hammamet, Tunisia. The theme of the Conference is “Promoting quality public services for all in Africa and Arab Countries”. The Young Workers Workshop was held on 24th March 2009. The aims of the workshop were: (1) assess sub-regional activities on youth; (2) follow up 2008 AFREC recommendations; (3) share experiences on youth activities in the different regions
